Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the 8bd9 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible at 8bd9.io.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 8bd9 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile associated with a unique email address and username on the 8bd9 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's 8bd9 account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit credit issued by 8bd9 to a Player's account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by 8bd9 before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency of operation on the 8bd9 platform.
• "MFS" refers to Mobile Financial Services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, which are accepted payment channels on 8bd9.
• "Bet Settlement" refers to the process of calculating and crediting winnings (or deducting losses) following the conclusion of a sporting event or casino game round.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8bd9 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply in conjunction with 8bd9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document and form part of the overall agreement between you and 8bd9.

8bd9 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8bd9 will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Use of the 8bd9 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age requirement on 8bd9 is 21 years — this is a firm, non-negotiable threshold. Individuals aged 18 to 20 are not eligible to hold an 8bd9 account regardless of any lower minimum age that may apply in other jurisdictions.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on 8bd9 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 8bd9 or any of its technology or game provider partners.
• You have not previously had an 8bd9 account closed for fraudulent activity, terms violations, or prohibited conduct.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

8bd9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and payment services on 8bd9, you must register a personal account. The following rules govern the account registration process:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one active 8bd9 account. The existence of multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 8bd9 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 8bd9 support immediately at [email protected].

8bd9 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent intent, identity misrepresentation, or any other conduct inconsistent with these Terms.

Account Verification (KYC)

8bd9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. KYC verification is required in the following circumstances:

• Before processing any withdrawal request exceeding ৳10,000 in a single transaction.
• Before processing any cumulative withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• When 8bd9's automated systems flag an account for unusual activity patterns.
• At any time at 8bd9's discretion as part of an ongoing account review.

Accepted KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a bKash, Nagad, or bank statement for address and payment method verification. All documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is completed. 8bd9 targets a KYC review turnaround of 24–48 hours from the time all required documents are received in satisfactory condition.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 8bd9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via all supported MFS channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and bank transfer.
• Maximum deposit: Per-transaction and daily deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. Limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are processed to the same MFS wallet or bank account used for the most recent deposit. 8bd9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for verified accounts using MFS channels. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Transaction fees: 8bd9 does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your MFS provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 8bd9 bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is required or supported on the 8bd9 platform.

Bonuses & Promotions

8bd9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details page. Standard wagering requirements on 8bd9 range from 15x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games on 8bd9 contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Sports betting, live casino, and certain slot categories may have different contribution percentages, which are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirement that remain incomplete at the point of expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion's terms.
• Abuse prevention: 8bd9 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player or group of players has engaged in coordinated bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or systematically exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements.
• No cash equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value outside of the 8bd9 platform and cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or exchanged in any form.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on 8bd9. Sport-specific rules are published in the Help section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the 8bd9 system and a bet reference number has been issued to the player. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connection interruption, system error, or odds change are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed on 8bd9 are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Where odds change during the bet placement process, 8bd9 will either confirm the bet at the new odds or notify the player and offer the option to place the bet at the revised price.
• Void bets: 8bd9 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed after the relevant event had already concluded; (b) it was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error; (c) the relevant sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the time frame specified in the applicable sport rules; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or fixing.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-bet payout cap of ৳500,000 applies across all sports markets on 8bd9, unless otherwise stated for a specific event. Accumulator bets are subject to a maximum payout cap of ৳1,000,000.
• Live betting: In-play betting markets are available for selected events. 8bd9 may suspend live betting markets at any time at its discretion. Bets placed on suspended markets will be void.

Casino & Games

The 8bd9 casino library, including live casino tables and online slots, is provided in partnership with third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following terms apply to casino game activity:

• Game availability: The availability of specific games may vary and is subject to change without notice. 8bd9 does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific game title.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. No claims for winnings arising from a malfunction will be entertained.
• RTP transparency: The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published in the game information panel within each game. Live casino games use standard published house edge rules from the respective game supplier.
• Disconnection policy: If a player becomes disconnected during a live casino game or slot spin that was already initiated, the game round will be completed automatically by the system. The result of a completed round stands regardless of disconnection.
• Game provider rules: Where a game is provided by a third-party supplier, the supplier's own game rules apply within that game. 8bd9 accepts no liability for the rules, operation, or outcomes of third-party games beyond ensuring those games are provided from certified, licensed suppliers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8bd9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance (including real-money funds where fraud is determined), cancellation of pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the 8bd9 platform, place bets, or exploit game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies ("bugs") for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to support and will be voided pending investigation.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other multiplayer formats.
• Arbitrage betting — systematically placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome using bonus funds or exploiting pricing discrepancies between markets.
• Opening or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, circumvent exclusion limits, or evade detection of prohibited activity.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or account — including with that person's consent — to conduct transactions on 8bd9.
• Any activity that 8bd9's risk and fraud team reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at any 8bd9 support team member or other player.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8bd9 platform — including but not limited to the 8bd9 brand name, logo, visual design, interface layout, written content, game graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 8bd9 or its licensed partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 8bd9 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any 8bd9 content for commercial or public purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 8bd9 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any 8bd9 software or game.
• Use the 8bd9 brand name or logo in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bd9 and its officers, employees, partners, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the 8bd9 platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond 8bd9's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or third-party system failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain account security.
• Errors in odds or game results caused by a third-party data feed provider, where such errors are identified and corrected by 8bd9 within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings in your jurisdiction of residence. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 8bd9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

8bd9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at 8bd9.io/privacy-policy and forms part of this agreement by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to 8bd9 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement communications. You may withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time through your account settings.

8bd9 does not sell, rent, or disclose personal player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with game providers and payment processors solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

Responsible Gaming

8bd9 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including:

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with your use of the 8bd9 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 8bd9 operates as a platform serving Bangladeshi players and applies internationally recognised fair gaming and consumer protection standards in the administration of all player accounts.

In the event of a dispute between you and 8bd9, the following resolution process applies:

1. First step — Contact Support: Contact the 8bd9 support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of the dispute, your account details, and the resolution you are seeking. 8bd9 targets an initial response within 24 hours and a resolution within 5 business days for standard disputes.
2. Formal complaints are reviewed by a senior member of the 8bd9 operations team and a written determination will be provided within 14 business days.
